At Crankbrothers, we stand behind the quality of our mountain bike components and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Components

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cleats, hardware, and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
